Our client is a leading global professional services and advisory organisation with an established People & Change practice and client base in Ireland. As part of its growth plans, the organisation is developing a dedicated HR Transformation offering and is looking to appoint an experienced professional at Manager, Senior Manager or Director level.
Ideally, you will come from a Big 4 or other leading HR Transformation and advisory consultancy, bringing a combination of technical expertise, commercial acumen and the ability to develop senior client relationships and win new business. The level of appointment and scope of responsibility will reflect your experience, capability and commercial track record.
The opportunity:
Depending on your level of experience, you will be responsible for:
Building and developing the HR Transformation proposition, service offering and market presence.
Developing senior client relationships, identifying new opportunities and generating new business.
Leading proposals, pitches and business development activity to win new engagements.
Building a strong pipeline of HR Transformation work across existing clients and the wider market.
Leading complex, end-to-end HR Transformation programmes.
Advising clients on HR operating models, organisation design, workforce strategy, HR processes and technology-enabled transformation.
Leading or overseeing HRIS implementation and deployment, or the wider business transformation associated with HR technology programmes.
Building, coaching and developing teams while contributing to the wider People & Change practice.
The balance between programme delivery, client development, commercial ownership and proposition building will vary according to the level of appointment.
What you will bring:
Experience delivering or leading complex, end-to-end HR Transformation programmes within a consulting or advisory environment.
Experience implementing or deploying HRIS solutions, ideally Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM, or leading the wider business transformation associated with these solutions.
Strong expertise across HR operating models, organisation design, HR process transformation and workforce strategy.
Experience using people analytics and workforce data to inform business decisions.
Credibility with senior HR leaders, C-suite stakeholders and wider business leadership teams.
Consulting experience, with a strong understanding of client engagement, project delivery and the commercial realities of advisory services.
Business development experience, including developing client relationships, contributing to proposals and pitches, and winning new work appropriate to your level.
Strong market knowledge and an established network across HR Transformation.
Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
An entrepreneurial, commercially minded approach and an interest in developing and growing a service offering.
Who would suit this opportunity?
The organisation will consider candidates at Manager, Senior Manager or Director level. You may be an experienced Manager ready to take on greater commercial responsibility, a Senior Manager looking to broaden your influence, or a Director with the network and track record to help establish and grow a service line. At all levels, strong transformation delivery, client credibility and a commercial mindset are essential.
