HR Generalist | Dublin | Exciting Global Opportunity

Our client, a leading international organisation is seeking an HR Generalist to join their Dublin team. This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure to recruitment, HR projects, learning /talent management, employee engagement and HR operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with business leaders and the HR team to deliver initiatives that truly shape the employee experience.

Role Overview

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and delivering a smooth candidate experience.
  • Support graduate and early talent programmes that bring fresh energy and skills into the business.
  • Support learning and development initiatives, internal events and employee engagement programmes.
  • Analyse survey feedback and workforce data to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Provide hands-on support across onboarding, probation, offboarding and general HR queries.
  • Ensure HR processes are smooth, efficient and aligned with best practices.
  • Contribute to the evolution of HR programmes, processes and tools to maximise impact, efficiency and employee satisfaction.

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a dynamic, international organisation
  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR programmes and operational HR support
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Irish employment legislation is advantageous
  • Resilient, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
