HR Generalist | Dublin | Exciting Global Opportunity
Our client, a leading international organisation is seeking an HR Generalist to join their Dublin team. This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure to recruitment, HR projects, learning /talent management, employee engagement and HR operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with business leaders and the HR team to deliver initiatives that truly shape the employee experience. Role Overview
Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and delivering a smooth candidate experience.
Support graduate and early talent programmes that bring fresh energy and skills into the business.
Support learning and development initiatives, internal events and employee engagement programmes.
Analyse survey feedback and workforce data to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
Provide hands-on support across onboarding, probation, offboarding and general HR queries.
Ensure HR processes are smooth, efficient and aligned with best practices.
Contribute to the evolution of HR programmes, processes and tools to maximise impact, efficiency and employee satisfaction.
What you’ll bring
4+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a dynamic, international organisation
Proven experience in recruitment, HR programmes and operational HR support
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Irish employment legislation is advantageous
Resilient, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
