The Role This is a broad HR Operations position with exposure across:
Payroll governance and compliance
HR reporting and workforce analytics
Recruitment process management
HRIS oversight
Global benefits administration
Annual compensation review support
Market benchmarking and reward data analysis
You will work closely with HR Business Partners and business managers, providing insight, not just administration. About You You are:
A strong HR Operations / Generalist with 5+ years’ experience
Excellent in Excel, comfortable with modelling, pivot tables, and trend analysis
Naturally curious and commercially aware
Confident partnering with stakeholders
Detail-focused but able to see the bigger picture
Motivated to grow your expertise in reward and analytics
