We are working with a dynamic, blue international organisation that is looking to hire a Senior HR generalist for their operation based in CityWest. This person will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and process improvement. The person will operates with a high degree of autonomy, partnering with managers and HR leadership to deliver people programs and enhance organisational capability and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical roles; partner with hiring managers on role design and selection strategy.
Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and represent the organization in administrative hearings as required.
Support performance management processes, including coaching managers on feedback, development, and corrective action.
Oversee HR lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding.
Drive process improvements, automation, and HR systems optimization; maintain data integrity.
Contribute to HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide policy guidance and partner cross-functionally to align HR initiatives with business needs.
Support global philanthropic and community initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
5/6+ years’ HR experience, including independent handling of complex employee relations cases.
In addition to having Irish HR experience, some experience looking after Spanish and/or Germany employees would be advantageous.
Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High discretion and professional judgment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.
Self-directed, collaborative, and employee focused.
