What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders on policies, procedures and Irish employment legislation
  • Partner on workforce planning, organisational design and performance management
  • Lead complex employee relations matters
  • Support and deliver change initiatives, including restructures and transformation projects
  • Oversee the HR Operations function, ensuring a seamless employee experience
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and systems
  • Use people data and insights to inform decision-making
  • Support industrial relations activity, including union engagement and negotiations

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years’ HR experience, including strong HRBP experience
  • Solid knowledge of Irish employment legislation
  • Proven ability to manage complex ER cases
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Degree-qualified in HR or related discipline (CIPD desirable)
