What You’ll Be Doing
Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders on policies, procedures and Irish employment legislation
Partner on workforce planning, organisational design and performance management
Lead complex employee relations matters
Support and deliver change initiatives, including restructures and transformation projects
Oversee the HR Operations function, ensuring a seamless employee experience
Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and systems
Use people data and insights to inform decision-making
Support industrial relations activity, including union engagement and negotiations
What You’ll Bring
8+ years’ HR experience, including strong HRBP experience
Solid knowledge of Irish employment legislation
Proven ability to manage complex ER cases
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Degree-qualified in HR or related discipline (CIPD desirable)
