We are working in partnership with our client, a growing international technology company powering learning and assessment experiences worldwide, to hire a HR People Operations Business Partner. You’ll join a small, experienced Human Resources team with strong foundations, focused on simplifying processes, improving systems, and ensuring everything scales smoothly as the company grows. This is about making work easy, clear, and reliable for employees and leaders alike.

What you’ll do

  • Manager global People Operations end to end: onboarding, role changes, compensation, offboarding
  • Maintain clear, practical documentation and policies that reflect how they actually work
  • Act as first point of contact for day-to-day employee relations, providing pragmatic guidance
  • Oversee People systems, data integrity, and continuous improvement, including automation opportunities
  • Manage global benefits and vendor relationships, keeping things simple and predictable
  • Lead and develop one People Operations team member, building resilience and capability

What they’re looking for

  • Experience managing HR People Operations in a scaling technology or SaaS business
  • Deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle
  • Proven ability to simplify processes and remove unnecessary complexity
  • Confidence managing people systems, documentation, and data
  • Strong judgement and ability to balance compliance with practical solutions
  • Experience mentoring or managing an operational team member

This is a role for someone who loves making Human Resources and People Operations run seamlessly behind the scenes, enabling the wider function to focus on strategy and growth. To be considered for this role, you will need to be experienced managing HR People Operations in an international scaling technology or SaaS business.
