We are partnering with a leading multi-site healthcare organisation to appoint an experienced and proactive HR Partner based in Waterford.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong HR generalist who enjoys partnering with leadership teams and wants to play a key role in strengthening and evolving an internal HR function.
Working closely with managers across multiple Irish sites, you will provide practical, commercially focused HR support while helping to embed consistent processes and best practice standards.
This is a broad and hands-on role with responsibility across:
Acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management and HR best practice
Partnering with managers on recruitment, workforce planning and key hires
Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies in line with Irish employment legislation
Driving engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture
Providing HR reporting and insights to support data-driven decision-making
Supporting payroll processes and liaising with finance as required
Contributing to learning and development initiatives across the organisation
We’re keen to speak with HR professionals who bring:
3+ years’ experience in an HR Partner or strong HR Generalist role
Solid employee relations experience and a strong grasp of Irish employment law
The confidence to influence and build relationships at all levels
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Flexibility to travel to other Irish sites as required
Healthcare experience would be advantageous.
