The success of Tanya's approach is evident in the strong relationships that HR Search has built with the HR community across Ireland and beyond.

Originally from Dublin, Tanya has lived both abroad and in various parts of Ireland, including Dublin, Connemara, and Kilkenny. She studied at UCD and began her career with PWC before moving to Australia, where she spent 10 years and began her journey in recruitment. Tanya brings over a decade of experience in recruiting HR professionals.

In her personal life, Tanya enjoys staying active, spending quality time with her family, and finds great fulfilment in “Joining the dots”—whether in her professional endeavors or personal pursuits as a match-maker!
