HR Search is delighted to be partnering with a global market-leading organisation to appoint a Senior Manager, Regional HR Operations – Ireland and UK.
This is a key leadership role supporting approximately 4,000 employees across Ireland and the UK, offering the opportunity to lead a high-performing HR Operations team within a large, complex international business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to drive operational excellence, deliver an outstanding employee experience and lead continuous improvement across the HR function.
The Opportunity
As part of the regional HR leadership team, you will:
Lead, mentor and develop a team of HR Managers and HR professionals.
Oversee the delivery of HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
Partner with senior business leaders to deliver commercially focused people solutions.
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations, organisational change and employment legislation.
Drive service excellence through process improvement, data insights and operational best practice.
Collaborate with specialist HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Reward, Payroll and Shared Services to deliver a seamless employee experience.
About You
We’re keen to speak with HR leaders who have:
Significant HR Operations or Senior HR Business Partner experience within a multinational environment.
A proven track record of leading and developing HR teams.
Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation, with UK experience highly desirable.
Extensive experience managing complex employee relations and organisational change.
The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business-focused HR initiatives.
A passion for continuous improvement, employee experience and operational excellence.
Happy to be based in the office three days per week (South side)
