Shape the global people strategy of a rapidly scaling international business.
We’re supporting an ambitious, founder-led organisation to appoint a newly created Head of People. This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the Founders, where you’ll play a central part in building the people infrastructure that supports continued international growth.
With an established HR team already managing day-to-day operations, your focus will be on shaping the global people strategy, strengthening governance and building scalable frameworks to support expansion across multiple international markets.
This role will suit an experienced People leader who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments and enjoys building structure where none yet exists.
You will bring:
- Strong international HR experience (US, Europe and ideally Asia)
- Experience partnering with founders or executive leadership teams
- A track record of building scalable people frameworks and governance
- The gravitas to influence at senior level in a high-growth environment
