A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Rewards Consultant to join its HR Advisory practice. This is an opportunity to work on reward strategy projects with a range of clients while developing your consulting skills in a supportive and flexible environment.
The role involves supporting the delivery of projects across compensation, job architecture and total rewards. You will work closely with colleagues and clients, contributing to analysis, design and implementation of reward solutions. The ideal candidate will have two to three years’ experience in rewards either in a consultancy environment or in-house and be interested in developing a career in advisory.
Responsibilities include
Supporting the development of job architecture frameworks including skills frameworks and role profiles
Contributing to compensation and total rewards projects
Conducting research and qualitative analysis to inform client recommendations
Assisting with the design and delivery of workshops and client presentations
Collaborating with team members to ensure high quality and timely project delivery
Building and maintaining client relationships
Participating in internal learning and development activities
Skills knowledge and experience
Strong understanding of job architecture and job evaluation essential
Experience with gender pay gap reporting and pay equity analysis desirable
Exposure to compensation benchmarking desirable
Solid project management skills with strong attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable working with data and using insights to support decision making
