Your experience:
Strong understanding of reward principles, market trends and compliance gained through 4 – 5 years experience in Rewards, Compensation or a related field.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
