Reporting to the Head of Reward, this role will focus on delivering fair, consistent, and data-driven reward practices, with a growing emphasis on variable pay and incentive design.
Key Responsibilities
Manage annual salary and bonus review processes, ensuring consistency and fairness.
Oversee salary changes and broader remuneration activities in a structured and controlled way.
Support the design and enhancement of reward frameworks, including a strong focus on variable pay and incentive structures.
Monitor pay equity, pay transparency, and gender pay metrics, supporting reporting and actions.
Track market trends and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
Produce clear reward reporting, translating data into actionable insights.
Support governance processes and documentation related to reward and incentives.
Ideal background
Degree (or equivalent) qualification.
Experience in reward, compensation, and variable pay structures within the Irish market.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data interpretation capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
