Snapshot of Role:

  • HR Lifecycle: You’ll oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Recruitment: Partner with our recruitment specialist to attract and onboard top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Work closely with management to build a strong employee relations strategy, offering expert guidance on best practices
  • Conflict Resolution: Manage grievance and disciplinary processes with a focus on fairness, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
  • Employee Advocacy: Serve as a balanced advocate for our team, promoting a culture of support and inclusion.
  • Policy Development: Review, update, and create HR policies to ensure they support our company’s governance and growth.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle general HR administration and take on ad hoc projects as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with proven experience in HR roles.
  • Knowledge & Skills: A deep understanding of HR best practices and workplace legislation, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaboration & Flexibility: The ability to work both independently and within a team, adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Technical Ability: Proficiency in HRIS software and the MS Office Suite.
