Senior HR Business Partner

Job Details

Our client is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team. Reporting to the VP of HR Business Partnering, the successful candidate will be a strategic partner with specific teams. They are seeking an individual with high energy and enthusiasm to help drive new HR initiatives with a focus on talent development and retention, employee relations, performance management, organisational structure and partnering with management on all areas of employee support.

Location – North Dublin, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, develop and implement HR initiatives and processes
  • Coach and develop leaders at all levels within the organization
  • Collaborate with the wider HR functions to inform the design and implementation of relevant programs
  • Review, implementation & maintenance of the full range of policies required to ensure HR best practice
  • Analyse HR metrics and performance indicators and design appropriate strategies.
  • Assist in all talent acquisition activities including experienced hire recruitment domestically and internationally, global mobility, graduate recruitment etc
  • Ensure that employee surveys are conducted, and that data gathered is analysed, and champion appropriate programmes to achieve people and business strategy.
  • Support in handling routine employee relations issues including grievance and disciplinary issues
  • Work with the HR D to create and execute plans for employee involvement and engagement initiatives
  • Mentoring and coaching other members of the HR Team

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Business Partner position
  • Masters/Bachelors in HR, Business or equivalent
  • Experience of designing and implementing new and innovative HR processes
  • Experience with end to end employee relations issues
  • Proven capability to lead on and implement HR projects and processes
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities
