This is a senior leadership role with real impact. You’ll lead end-to-end reward, benefits, and payroll and more importantly, you’ll define what “great” looks like. From executive reward to frontline pay, from transformation to transparency, your work will directly shape how talent is attracted, retained, and motivated.
What you bring:
Proven senior leadership experience leading the full Reward, Compensation and Benefits agenda, including Payroll and Benefits operations
A strong track record of delivering large-scale reward transformation, including navigating legislative change
Deep expertise across executive reward, long-term incentives, pay transparency, and reward governance and compliance
Commercial acumen with the ability to balance performance, cost, risk, and employee experience
High credibility and influence at executive and senior leadership level
Strong numerical, data anGd analytical capability, using insight to inform decision-making
