The Role: Reporting to the Head of Learning & Talent Development, you will work closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and SMEs to identify capability gaps and translate them into engaging, practical learning programmes.
You’ll have the autonomy to design innovative solutions, test new approaches and influence how learning is experienced across a large, evolving organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and deliver learning programmes aligned to organisational priorities and future capability needs
Support leadership and talent development initiatives across management and senior leadership populations
Partner with stakeholders to identify current and future skills requirements
Develop scalable, blended learning solutions that can be deployed across multiple teams and locations
Evaluate learning impact and continuously improve programmes to drive measurable business outcomes
Promote a culture of continuous learning and capability development across the organisation
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years’ experience in Learning & Development
Proven experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions for diverse audiences
Exposure to leadership or talent development initiatives
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels
Excellent project management and organisational ability
High digital literacy and curiosity about emerging learning technologies
Relevant qualification in HR, Business or a related field (professional L&D certifications advantageous)
