We’re working with a high-performing, fast-paced organisation that’s looking for a hands-on Learning & Development Specialist to support capability uplift across the business on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to design impactful learning, partner closely with SMEs and deliver engaging programmes that make a real difference.
What you’ll be doing:
Designing engaging digital, live and blended learning experiences
Partnering with SMEs to turn expertise into practical, scalable learning
Managing and optimising the LMS to enhance the learner experience
Supporting the rollout of key L&D programmes
Tracking learning data and measuring impact and effectiveness
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in L&D design and delivery
Strong LMS capability
Excellent communication and content-creation skills
Ability to work at pace and adapt quickly
A learner-first, collaborative mindset
