We’re partnering with a well-known Irish organisation to appoint an experienced Reward Analyst or Reward Manager for an interim assignment focused on Pay Transparency initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity to support a key programme of work, partnering with HR and business leaders on compensation analysis, pay frameworks, benchmarking, and pay transparency readiness.

Key details:

  • Initial 4-month contract with potential extension
  • Remote / work from home available for the duration of the contract
  • Recognised Irish brand with a collaborative culture
  • Immediate availability or short notice preferred

Ideal candidates will bring experience in Compensation & Benefits, reward analytics, pay equity or pay transparency projects within a dynamic organisation. Strong analytical capability is essential.
