Total Rewards Program Manager

Job Details

We’re seeking an experienced Total Rewards professional to lead global compensation and benefits for a high-growth international organisation. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you’ll shape a holistic rewards strategy that attracts, engages, and retains top talent. This role is an initial contract which may well be extended to include other strategic projects. You can choose to be payrolled or be a self-employed contractor and the organisation is offering good flexibility in terms of hybrid/remote working.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Design and oversee global compensation, benefits, and incentive programs
  • Lead pay model reviews, performance frameworks, and compliance with EU Pay Transparency Directive
  • Partner with leaders to align rewards with business strategy and job architecture
  • Drive digital transformation of rewards processes and systems
  • Communicate and market the Total Rewards package to employees and managers
  • Build organisational capability through training, coaching, and mentoring

What You will bring:

  • 7+ years’ experience in global rewards with proven program design & delivery
  • Strong analytical, influencing, and leadership skills at senior level
  • Expertise in benchmarking, lifecycle benefits, and HRIS systems
  • Fluent English and ability to engage C-Suite stakeholders
  • Flexibility to travel internationally (up to 10%)
