Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to reward initiatives by gathering and analysing compensation benchmarking data to support fair and competitive pay structures
  • Support the annual salary and performance review process through data preparation, system updates and documentation control
  • Act as a liaison with external payroll providers, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with local requirements and timely payroll processing
  • Coordinate employee benefits across multiple regions, managing renewals, enrolments and provider relationships
  • Deliver regular HR reports and dashboards to monitor key workforce trends, including attrition, headcount and hiring activity
  • Ensure compliance with statutory HR reporting, including gender pay gap and diversity metrics
  • Interpret people data to support strategic workforce planning and business decision-making
  • Maintain HRIS accuracy and support ongoing system upgrades and process improvements
  • Assist with employee mobility and relocation processes in collaboration with external partners

Your Background:
You have a strong grounding in HR operations and a keen interest in data and reward. Naturally comfortable working with numbers, you enjoy digging into data to uncover trends and insights. You’re confident managing processes independently, communicating across functions and time zones, and thrive on solving problems with an analytical mindset.
Ideal Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in HR operations, compensation or payroll, ideally within a global or complex environment
  • Confident using Excel and working with large datasets for reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge of payroll practices and employment-related compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise across shifting demands
