About the Role We are partnering with a market-leading Talent Advisory firm to appoint a Team Leader within their Talent Assessment and Rewards team. This role offers the opportunity to lead a small, high-performing professional team, delivering cutting-edge assessment and workforce solutions to a diverse client base. You will play a hands-on role in implementing psychometric assessments, building capability frameworks, and applying data-driven insights to inform strategic people decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver psychometric assessments for recruitment and development initiatives
Guide the development of skills frameworks and talent profiles aligned to client goals
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality and impact
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build capability and foster collaboration
Conduct research and qualitative analysis to inform client recommendations
Contribute to the design and facilitation of workshops and client presentations
Support business development through proposals, events, and thought leadership
Skills and Experience for Success
MSc/MA in Occupational Psychology, HR, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
3–5 years’ experience in talent assessment, consulting, or advisory roles
Proven experience managing projects and coordinating small teams
Strong understanding of psychometrics and applied assessment methodology
Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
