As a Senior People Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation by working closely with senior global leaders. You’ll design and implement strategic people plans that align with business objectives, ensuring that teams are equipped with the right capabilities, culture, and structure to thrive.
This role is all about driving change, enhancing talent strategies, and embedding a people-first mindset across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic people plans that drive business success.
  • Lead organisational design and transformation initiatives, ensuring teams are structured for future growth.
  • Deliver key people initiatives across talent, performance, engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing expert guidance on employee experience and HR best practices.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuously optimise people strategies.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of HR business partnering experience in a complex, global environment.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive organisational and people strategies.
  • Expertise in change management, transformation, and organisational design.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align people initiatives with business goals.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams, balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
