Senior Organisation Development professionals – shape how organisations evolve. We are partnering with a leading advisory firm expanding their People Advisory function and building their Organisation Development capability in Ireland. As part of this growth, we are keen to connect with Organisation Development professionals at Senior Consultant through to Senior Manager level.
This team works at the forefront of complex transformation programmes, partnering with senior stakeholders across a diverse client base on initiatives spanning organisational design, culture and behavioural change, leadership development and operating model transformation.
The opportunity will suit individuals who combine strong consulting capability with hands-on delivery experience and who are comfortable operating in client-facing, fast-paced environments.
Key areas of focus include: • Diagnosing organisational challenges and shaping pragmatic evidence-based solutions • Designing and delivering organisation development and change interventions • Supporting large-scale transformation and culture programmes • Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders • Contributing to the ongoing development of the practice
We are particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate: • Experience in organisation development, organisational effectiveness or organisational design • A background in consulting/advisory or in-house transformation roles • Exposure to complex change and transformation initiatives • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills • A commercially aware, delivery-focused mindset
