We are seeking a strategic Senior HR Business Partner for a maternity cover contract. This is a great opportunity to provide high-level HR support to senior leaders and drive people initiatives across a complex organisation. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change management.
Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and performance management.
Support leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
Use HR data and insights to inform decisions and drive organisational performance.
Promote engagement, inclusion, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
Experience & Skills:
Extensive HR experience in a senior business partnering or advisory role.
Strong influencing skills and credibility with senior leaders.
Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Experience in organisational development, change management, and talent initiatives.
CIPD qualification (or equivalent) essential; sector experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environments advantageous.
