Key elements of your role:

  • Partner with stakeholders as the main point of contact for reward-related matters
  • Lead and support reward processes including salary reviews, bonus cycles, and job evaluations
  • Provide data-driven insights through analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Interpret and apply reward policies, ensuring consistency and compliance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. HR, Payroll, Finance, external vendors) to deliver solutions
  • Monitor market trends and advise on competitive pay and benefits structures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of reward practices and processes

Your experience:

  • Strong understanding of reward principles, market trends and compliance gained through 4 – 5 years experience in Rewards, Compensation or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
