We’re looking for an ambitious, organised and proactive People & Culture Coordinator to join a busy People team and gain broad exposure across HR and recruitment. The office offers free parking and convenient public transport links, making it easily accessible from Cork city and North Cork.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, highly organised and genuinely interested in building a career in HR.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating recruitment from advertising and applications through to interviews, offers and onboarding
- Managing vacancies across LinkedIn, job boards and careers platforms
- Coordinating candidates, interviews and hiring managers
- Supporting the People team across a broad range of HR activities
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Supporting onboarding, employee engagement initiatives and People projects
- Preparing HR documentation, reports and correspondence
- Helping to improve and streamline HR and recruitment processes
You’ll bring:
- 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative, recruitment, HR or People-related role
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Confidence using Google Workspace and learning new systems
- A proactive approach and the ability to use your initiative
- A positive, professional and hands-on attitude
- The curiosity and ambition to keep learning and take on more responsibility
- A degree in HR, Business or a related discipline would be advantageous, but we’re open to different backgrounds.
