Part-Time HR Coordinator/Administrator – Flexible Role with a highly collaborative team
Location: [Leixlip] | Part-Time (25 hours per week) – 12 month contract 
Salary: €45,000

About the Role
Reporting into the HR Manager, this is a varied coordination role where you’ll be involved in everything from HR systems and payroll admin to recruitment support and benefits administration. You’ll also play an important part in compliance and reporting, so strong attention to detail is key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, delivering accurate and timely support
  • Maintain employee records and data within the HRIS (iConnect) and manage digital personnel files
  • Assist with payroll paperwork, monthly updates and initial employee queries
  • Support the HR Manager on recruitment campaigns, onboarding and employee relations cases
  • Administer benefits and pension processes, as well as preparing contracts, offer letters and compensation packs
  • Monitor absence data, arrange occupational health assessments and track long-term sick leave
  • Assist with compliance-related processes, including SOX checks, ITAR and Garda vetting
  • Provide general HR administration and support across a busy HR function

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Previous HR administration or coordination experience, ideally in a large or fast-paced organisation
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is an advantage
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in managing confidential information
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Workday or similar HR systems is desirable
