Our client is seeking a motivated HR Manager to join their team, someone who can add real value. In this role, you will develop and implement HR policies, drive employee engagement, and provide strategic HR leadership to support the business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and promote overall success.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure fair and consistent disciplinary actions.
- Support line management with performance coaching, and career development initiatives.
- Work with leaders across the organisation to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
- Guide and support the HR team, providing expertise on HR best practices and program execution.
- Stay current on employment laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance.
- Oversee recruitment, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process.
- Champion initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Support organisational changes and develop plans to ensure smooth transitions.
- Provide regular updates on HR activities, employee engagement, and other key metrics to senior management and the board.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- CIPD qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, Manager, or Business Partner role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
