You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture, supporting both employees and management, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. What You’ll Do Recruitment & Talent Management
Drive the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent
Coordinate engaging onboarding programs to welcome new team members
Employee Relations
Be the go-to contact for day-to-day HR queries and support
Help foster a positive, respectful work environment through conflict resolution and employee engagement
Assist in disciplinary and grievance procedures with empathy and professionalism
Schedule and support employee training, including health & safety and professional development
Support performance reviews and employee development planning
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure HR policies align with the latest legislation and best practices
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems
Monitor and manage employee leave, absences, and entitlements
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is an advantage
At least 3 years’ HR administration or generalist experience
Previous exposure to a manufacturing or production environment is desirable
Strong administrative, organisational, and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
A proactive, collaborative team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
