What You’ll Do:
💡 HRIS Strategy & Innovation

  • Lead the roadmap for HRIS improvements and new feature rollouts
  • Be the go-to HRIS expert, championing best practices

⚙️ System Management & Optimisation

  • Oversee daily HRIS operations, troubleshoot issues, and manage updates
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for continuous improvement

📊 Data & Reporting Excellence

  • Create insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics for strategic decisions
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance

👥 User Support & Engagement

  • Support HR, leadership, and daily users
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, time-off tracking, and communicate system updates

🚀 Collaboration & Growth

  • Stay ahead of HR tech trends and best practices
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects

About You:

  • 2–5 years in HRIS or HR analyst roles
  • Hands-on with BambooHR or similar HRIS
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Power BI & Excel
  • Experience with Gender Pay Gap reporting & EU Pay Transparency Directive
  • Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver
