We are partnering with a high profile client that is looking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People team. This role will play a key role in supporting leaders, driving people initiatives and strengthening the employee experience across the organisation.
The Role You will partner with senior stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor to people managers and contribute to the delivery of a high-quality, end-to-end HR service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong partnerships with designated business units, providing expert HR guidance
Coach and support people managers on performance, talent and engagement
Align local initiatives with the organisation’s broader people strategy
Support strategic HR projects and key operational processes
Implement HR policies and processes in line with best practice and legislation
Drive engagement and adoption during the HRIS transition from Workday to Oracle
Collaborate across all HR functions to continuously improve the employee experience
About You
5+ years’ experience in an HRBP role
Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills
Broad HR expertise and experience working in an agile, fast-moving environment
HR/business qualification (CIPD or equivalent desirable)
Experience in professional services and/or Oracle is a plus
