HR Business Partner 

We are partnering with a high profile client that is looking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People team. This role will play a key role in supporting leaders, driving people initiatives and strengthening the employee experience across the organisation.

The Role
You will partner with senior stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor to people managers and contribute to the delivery of a high-quality, end-to-end HR service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with designated business units, providing expert HR guidance
  • Coach and support people managers on performance, talent and engagement
  • Align local initiatives with the organisation’s broader people strategy
  • Support strategic HR projects and key operational processes
  • Implement HR policies and processes in line with best practice and legislation
  • Drive engagement and adoption during the HRIS transition from Workday to Oracle
  • Collaborate across all HR functions to continuously improve the employee experience

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in an HRBP role
  • Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills
  • Broad HR expertise and experience working in an agile, fast-moving environment
  • HR/business qualification (CIPD or equivalent desirable)
  • Experience in professional services and/or Oracle is a plus
