HR/Senior HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior/HR Manager to lead and support our teams across EMEA and APAC, while maintaining a global perspective on talent management, organisational development, and culture. Reporting to the US-based Global Head of HR, this role is important in ensuring that HR initiatives align with business objectives, local compliance, and overall company strategy.

As the sole HR leadership representative for both EMEA and APAC, this role requires a hands-on approach, a can-do attitude, and a proactive mindset. You will have the opportunity to shape HR policies, drive talent acquisition, and foster a culture that supports growth and engagement across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities:
Regional HR Leadership (EMEA & APAC)

  • Act as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across EMEA and APAC.
  • Ensure compliance with regional labour laws and regulations, adapting policies as needed.
  • Manage employee relations, collaborating with leadership and legal teams when required.
  • Drive regional talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies.

Global & Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Contribute to global HR strategy while ensuring local adaptability.
  • Partner with global HR teams to align policies, benefits, and talent programs.
  • Support DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace.
  • Lead culture and engagement initiatives across all regions.

Performance, Learning & Development

  • Develop and implement performance management strategies.
  • Facilitate leadership development and career growth programs.
  • Design and execute learning initiatives that support employee growth.

HR Operations & Analytics

  • Utilize HR data and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Oversee HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Implement continuous improvements to streamline HR operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in HR Management
  • Experience supporting EMEA and/or APAC regions;
  • Broad HR expertise including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HRIS.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cultures.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using HR data for decision-making.
  • Experience with DEI initiatives is an advantage.
