HR People Partner

Our client are an exciting and innovative organisation, they are currently looking for an experienced People Partner to join their Dublin-based team initally on a contract basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, people-driven environment, where you will play a key role in shaping HR strategies, fostering employee engagement, and driving business success through strong people practices.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work closely with leadership teams to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals.
  • Support talent retention and development initiatives, ensuring a high-performance culture.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, manage employee relations cases, and offer day-to-day HR support.
  • Empower managers with the tools and insights needed to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and well-being.
  • Ensure policies are up to date, legally compliant, and effectively communicated.
  • Contribute to global HR projects and support the annual people strategy.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role (or similar).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to coach, challenge, and influence leadership teams.
  • In-depth understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience handling complex employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is a plus.
