I’m thrilled to be partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a passionate Human Resources Partner for a minimum 12-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leaders as a trusted HR advisor, delivering the full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development. You’ll also play a key role in driving people-focused projects that help shape culture and support strategic business goals.
Snapshot of the role:
- Partnering with managers to align people strategies with business objectives
- Providing expert support in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy, and compliance
- Coaching managers in performance management and continuous improvement
- Providing guidance on employee relations matters and HR best practices
- Keeping HR policies and handbooks up to date with current employment legislation
- Leading HR projects and driving engagement initiatives across the business
- Supporting talent development, succession planning, and upskilling initiatives
- Designing and delivering training on areas such as DEI, engagement, and recognition
- Managing HR systems and ensuring accurate employee data and reporting
- Administering payroll changes, benefits, and HR documentation with strong attention to detail
What we’re looking for:
- A strong HR generalist background (3–5+ years), ideally across multiple disciplines
- A relevant third-level qualification (HR, Business, or related); CIPD or similar is a plus
- Solid knowledge of employment law and current best practices
- A people-first mindset with a knack for building relationships and influencing stakeholders
- Tech-savvy with experience managing HRIS and reporting tools
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach – with a good sense of humour!
