Key Responsibilities
- Own people operations across multiple regions, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into practical execution
- Build efficient, technology-enabled processes to support a distributed workforce
- Drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle
This is a high-impact role with strong autonomy and visibility, leading a small international People and Culture team and driving improvements across core areas including employee relations, organisational change and operational delivery. There is a strong focus on automation, self-service and creating systems that will scale through continued growth and future acquisitions.
Your background
- Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions (including Ireland) ideally in a scaling or SaaS environment
- Strong capability in employee relations including performance, grievances and organisational change
- Exposure to global benefits, with US experience advantageous
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
- Proven track record of improving processes and driving efficiency
The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid working model and will require collaboration across time zones. This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping how people operations evolve in a growing, international technology business at a pivotal stage of its journey.
