We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Business Partner to lead and optimise HR processes, ensuring seamless service delivery across our client’s organisation. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement within HR operations, payroll, and employee services.
You will act as a key strategic partner, working closely with senior leadership to align HR processes with business objectives while fostering a culture of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Oversee HR processes, policies, and compliance, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and industry best practices.
Manage and enhance HR service delivery, driving efficiency and process improvements.
Oversee HR systems ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Manage monthly payroll cycles in collaboration with internal teams and external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Provide guidance on payroll, benefits, and compensation structures, addressing employee queries.
Support compensation and benefits reviews, contributing market insights and operational expertise.
Partner with business leaders to drive performance management processes, ensuring engagement and continuous development.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives that enhance employee experience.
Work with L&D teams to identify training and upskilling opportunities for employees.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR operational matters.
Manage and develop HR operational teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and professional growth.
Key Requirements
5+ years of HR operations / HR business partnering experience, ideally within a fast-paced or professional services environment.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
Experience managing HR systems, payroll, and operational processes.
Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement technology solutions.
Ability to work with agility, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
