Are you an HR professional who enjoys balancing broad HR generalist responsibilities with HR systems, reporting and continuous improvement?
We’re partnering with a high-profile organisation to recruit an HR Officer to join a collaborative People team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their HR generalist experience while taking ownership of HR systems, data and reporting.
If you’re someone who enjoys improving processes, working with HR technology and using people data to support business decisions, this role offers plenty of scope to make an impact.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll support the delivery of the full employee lifecycle while playing a key role in maintaining and developing the organisation’s HR systems and reporting capability.
This is a varied role combining operational HR, HRIS administration, analytics and project work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and general HR operations.
  • Manage and maintain the HR Information System, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics.
  • Support HR projects, system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with policy development, employee communications and HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to provide HR insights and support.

About You
You’ll ideally have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Officer role.
  • Strong experience using HR Information Systems (PeopleXD, CoreHR or similar).
  • Experience producing HR reports, analysing people data and maintaining HR records.
  • Exposure to recruitment and other core HR processes.
  • A sound understanding of Irish employment legislation.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong Excel skills, with Power BI or other reporting tools considered an advantage.
  • A proactive approach and genuine interest in improving HR processes and systems.

If you’re looking for a role where you can combine operational HR with HR systems, reporting and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.
