We’re Hiring: HR Manager | North County Dublin | Full-Time | On-Site
Salary: 65-75K
A well-established organisation in the distribution and logistics sector is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and support the HR function across the business.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working closely with leadership teams, driving employee engagement, and ensuring best practice HR processes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and systems
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – advertising, interviewing and onboarding
  • Provide HR guidance to managers on performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Lead employee relations processes and support conflict resolution
  • Coordinate HR administration including contracts, employee documentation and records
  • Partner with senior management on HR reporting, engagement and workforce planning
  • Support employee wellbeing, development and retention initiatives
  • Liaise with payroll and internal teams on employee changes
  • Support audits and compliance activities

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree and/or professional HR qualification
  • Minimum 3+ years HR experience in a leading HR position
  • Driving license and access to vehicle
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience working with HR systems
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
