HR Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR generalist / HR Manager who wants to progress their career in a head office, corporate environment. This international group offers real progression opportunities for an ambitious and proactive HR professional.
The position of HR Manager is based in Drogheda, Co. Louth and you will provide support to the employees and management team in a manufacturing site.  
Key Responsibilities:

  • HR support for employees being the point of contact for all queries.
  • HRIS management, reporting and administration (SuccessFactors)
  • Lead the performance management initiatives and processes.
  • Support the specialist IR/ER manager with grievances, disciplinaries etc.
  • Responsible for policy compliance and reporting.
  • Lead the succession planning and talent development initiatives, L&D programs.
  • Support the Graduate program and mentoring initiatives.
  • Contribute to the Leadership program and learning initiatives.
  • Coach line managers in best HR practices.
  • Promote engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Generalist HR activities and group projects.

 
Qualifications:

  • HR Qualification or similar/CIPD
  • 6 years’ experience in Industry /Manufacturing / Unionised environment
  • Strong business partnering skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Practical operational HR background and a solid track record of progression in previous role(s).
  • Proven track record of driving change and influencing behaviours at al levels.
  • Ability to add value and to drive change across a business.
  • A proactive self-starter.
  • Technical experience with systems, payroll and SuccessFactors an advantage.
