Our client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their values-led organisation at a pivotal time of growth and change. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you’ll lead a team of seven and oversee HR delivery across a national network of sites. This is a critical role, balancing day-to-day operational excellence with the chance to shape the future of HR in a growing business. Your experience?
A capable and confident HR Manager or HR Assistant Manager with proven team management experience.
Strong history of delivery across multi-site environments.
Commercially astute, hands-on, and values driven.
Calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle competing demands without losing sight of the bigger picture.
