HR & IR Manager – Manufacturing

We are partnering with a growing Irish manufacturing business to appoint a Head of HR & IR.

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the people agenda for a scaling organisation with international operations and ambitious growth plans.

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Building scalable HR processes and systems
  • Industrial Relations and union engagement
  • Employee Relations and employment law compliance
  • International HR governance and contracts
  • Recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition
  • Succession planning and leadership development
  • Developing a meaningful CSR agenda

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • HR leadership experience within a unionised manufacturing environment
  • Strong Industrial Relations expertise, including union engagement and dispute resolution
  • Experience supporting international workforces and multi-jurisdiction employment matters
  • A hands-on approach combined with strategic capability
  • The energy and drive to build and enhance HR practices in a fast-growing business

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact as the organisation enters its next phase of growth and transformation. The role is hybrid with 4 days per week on site in an accessible north side location.
