HR Generalist – €40,000–€50,000 Location: South Dublin head office with occasional travel to additional sites Type: Full-time, Permanent A well-established, award-winning organisation in the automotive sector is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to take ownership of end-to-end HR operations across a growing group. This is a varied and impactful role reporting directly to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Manage full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, probation, training, and offboarding
Provide advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
Coordinate with managers to ensure compliance and best practice
Support grievance and disciplinary procedures when required
Maintain HR systems and employee data in line with GDPR
Oversee leave management and workplace health & safety compliance
Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Third level qualification in HR Management and/or CIPD membership
2–4 years’ experience in a fast-paced HR role; standalone experience an advantage
Strong working knowledge of employment law
Exceptional organisational, relationship-building, and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Desirable:
Health & Safety qualification or strong interest in developing in this area
