HR Generalist

HR Generalist – €40,000–€50,000
Location: South Dublin head office with occasional travel to additional sites
Type: Full-time, Permanent
A well-established, award-winning organisation in the automotive sector is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to take ownership of end-to-end HR operations across a growing group. This is a varied and impactful role reporting directly to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, probation, training, and offboarding
  • Provide advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
  • Coordinate with managers to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Support grievance and disciplinary procedures when required
  • Maintain HR systems and employee data in line with GDPR
  • Oversee leave management and workplace health & safety compliance
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Third level qualification in HR Management and/or CIPD membership
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a fast-paced HR role; standalone experience an advantage
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law
  • Exceptional organisational, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Desirable:

  • Health & Safety qualification or strong interest in developing in this area
