HR Generalist – Belfast Location: Belfast City Centre Full-Time | Fixed term 12 month contract Competitive package We’re currently seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Generalist to join our client on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support their HR function during a period of growth and transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment, working across all areas of HR to support employees and managers alike. Key Responsibilities:
Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing advice and guidance in line with company policy
Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
Support the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding
Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and processes
Maintain accurate HR data and support HR reporting requirements
Advise and coach Hiring Managers
Contribute to engagement and wellbeing initiatives throughout the contract period
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar HR Generalist role
Solid understanding of employment law and HR practices
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle a varied workload
CIPD Level 3 or above (or working towards) desirable
Available for a 12-month contract
