We’re partnering with a growing organisation to recruit an HR Generalist to join their People team in a broad, hands-on role supporting the full employee lifecycle.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2–4 years’ HR experience who wants real variety and exposure across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, HRIS (Access PeopleHR), payroll & benefits support, reporting and employee queries.
You’ll also support performance cycles, learning and be given the opportunity to work on wider People initiatives. Working closely with the Director of People, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth employee experience while developing your skills toward a more strategic HR/People role.
You’ll bring:
2–4 years’ HR/People Ops experience
Strong administration and organisation skills
Experience across recruitment and core HR processes
Confidence working with HR systems
A professional, discreet, people-focused approach
CIPD (or working towards) is desirable.
