HR Coordinator
Full-Time | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) Monaghan or Dublin (Swords)
Salary up to €38,000
We are seeking an organised and motivated HR professional to join a busy and supportive HR team. This role would suit an HR Administrator with approximately two years’ experience who is ready to take the next step into a broader HR Coordinator position.
You will provide efficient administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a key point of contact for HR queries while ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately.
With a hybrid model (three days onsite), this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across multiple areas of HR while continuing to develop your career.
The Role
You will support day-to-day HR operations, including:

  • Managing pre-employment checks, including medical screening, right-to-work verification, and references
  • Issuing employment offers, contracts, and new starter documentation
  • Coordinating onboarding and supporting engaging induction processes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring HR systems are GDPR compliant
  • Supporting employee lifecycle changes including starters, transfers, leavers, and contractual updates
  • Assisting with probation tracking and related documentation
  • Supporting payroll administration and liaising with payroll providers to ensure accurate processing
  • Assisting with benefits administration and employee queries
  • Supporting absence management processes and documentation
  • Providing administrative support on investigations and first-stage employee relations matters
  • Contributing to engagement initiatives, training programmes, and HR projects

About You

  • Approximately 2 years’ experience in an HR Administration or HR support role
  • Comfortable working across multiple HR processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • CIPD qualification (Level 3 or working towards) desirable but not essential
