HR Business Partner

Job Details

As our client’s  employee headcount continues to grow, they are expanding their HR team. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional to provide support to the HR Department and the Company.
This role will focus on key HR programs including employee benefits, compensation, performance management, recruitment, training, employee engagement, employee relations, and company-wide communications across a global workforce.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of HR with strategic planning and implementation of new HR and business initiatives.
  • Act as an HR lead in key objectives, focusing on process improvement, talent development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement an integrated talent management plan to address training and development needs across the Company.
  • Provide assistance with employee relations as needed.
  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts and project management, ensuring efficient execution of plans.
  • Analyse emerging HR trends and assess their impact on the business.
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing performance management processes, including feedback, goal setting, and evaluations to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Offer guidance on global HR policies and processes to employees and managers.
  • Ensure compliance with parent company requirements, managing updates and leading audits.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes and in preparing compensation summaries.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a recognized HR qualification.
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a HR Generalist, Business Partner, or management role, ideally in a Financial Services or Aviation environment.
  • Proven experience supporting a global workforce.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law.
  • Strong experience managing HR activities, including recruitment, training, and compensation & benefits.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • CIPD or equivalent qualification.
