HR Business Partner – 12 Month FTC (Hybrid) Kildare – Hybrid , with occasional site visits in Ireland An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global engineering services organisation supporting some of the world’s leading manufacturers in high-growth sectors including technology, pharma, and data centres. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both strategic HR projects and hands-on people support, helping to shape culture, build capability, and deliver real impact. What You’ll Do
Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies that drive growth.
Lead initiatives in talent management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
Provide coaching and guidance to people managers on performance and employee relations.
Support recruitment and succession planning.
Deliver HR insights and reporting to senior leadership.
Champion projects that enhance employee experience and organisational capability.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ HR experience with a proven track record as a Business Partner.
Strong knowledge of talent development, engagement, and HR project delivery.
Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised, collaborative, and people-focused.
Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline.
