Working as an integral part of the Human Resources Team, this 11 month HRBP position based in D24, will provide operational support to line management across areas such as Employee Relations, Recruitment, Performance Management and Training & Development across the Irish business.
Your background
Degree in HR or equivalent experience necessary.
5+ years HR experience workingin a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an advisorycapacity.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees.
Ability to work on own initiative and demonstrated ability to obtain results through teamwork.
Ability to influence others at all levels in the organisation.
Excellent working knowledge across all areas of HR and Irish employment legislation.
Demonstratable experience of managing varied employee relations matters.
Demonstrable experience of delivering continuous improvement.
Must be able to treat all information and data with the utmost confidentiality.
Full clean drivers license required.
