We’re partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to hire an experienced HR Business Partner. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic HR with hands-on support in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
About the Role: You’ll work with senior leaders across clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver effective workforce planning, support organisational change and strengthen culture, engagement and wellbeing. Acting as a trusted adviser, you’ll provide guidance on employment law, employee relations, performance and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Support leaders across the organisation with strategic and operational HR advice
Lead workforce planning, recruitment support, onboarding, and succession planning
Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with Irish employment law
Support performance management, learning needs, and development initiatives
Contribute to positive culture, engagement, and wellbeing programmes
Support HR policy development, HR metrics, and continuous improvement
About You
HR qualification (or related discipline)
5+ years’ HRBP or senior HR advisory experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong ER and employment law expertise
Confident partnering with senior leaders
Experience in healthcare is an advantage
